You are looking at a custom-built Zion 737 EBB single speed
mountain bike. It is a 19.5” with a 24"
toptube and weighs 27.0 pounds as pictured. This frame was made from double butted 4130 chromoly
steel. The eccentric bottom bracket
shell allows for easy chain tension setup with no rear brake adjustment. A derailleur hanger could also be installed
if you wanted to run gears. The fork is
a brand-new Rock Shox Recon Silver RL with 100mm of air sprung travel. The headset is a 1 1/8" Cane Creek SP-2
with brand new sealed cartridge bearings. The cockpit consists of a Chromag Fubar OSX 35mm riser bars, brand new Specialized
Sip lock-on grips, a brand-new Box Cusp MTB Trail stem, a Fabric Spoon saddle,
and a 1-bolt Bontrager Race seatpost. The
drive train consists of a Truvativ Stylo crankset, 32 tooth singe speed
chainring, a SRAX PC-1X single speed chain, and a brand new 22 tooth chromoly single
speed cog. The front wheel is a Bontrager
Race 29 and the rear wheel is a brand new DT Swiss 520 SL rim laced to a Shimano
M525-SL hub. They are wrapped in brand
new Specialized Ground Control Grid T7 Soil Searcher tires. The brakes are hydraulic Shimano XT units
with a 7” front SRAM rotor and a brand new 6” SRAM rear rotor. This bike is fast
and very fun to ride. It is also very
comfortable due to the vibration reducing steel tubing and high-quality Rock
Shox suspension fork. Great for anything
from Saturday morning XC races, fun rides, and commuting! The bike has been in storage for many years
and was just at the shop to have all the new parts installed (the modern used saddle,
bar, brakes, front rotor, and front rotor were all installed at this point) for
complete service and cleaning. The frame
does have some minor surface scuffing, scratches, and light surface corrosion. All of the bikes and framesets that I sell are packaged and shipped
by my local bike shop. This process
usually takes between 3 and 5 business days depending on the season and how
busy they are. The bicycle that you
purchase will need to be reassembled once you receive it. This procedure may include part or all of the
following: reinstalling the pedals (if included), saddle, seatpost, stem,
handlebar, rear derailleur, fork, headset, brake calipers (rim or disc), disc
brake rotors, cables, and housing. The
tires may need to be reinstalled, inflated, and tubeless tires will possibly
need fresh sealant to be added.
Suspension forks and rear shocks could also be deflated when you receive
your purchase. This process is 100% the
buyer's responsibility. Please feel free
to e-mail me with any questions about this subject. Winning bidder pays $150 for professional packaging and FedEx or UPS Ground shipping & full value insurance (Continental US only). I accept PayPal only!
I will not accept any bids from buyers with less than a positive
feedback score of 5. Please e-mail me with any questions about
placing a bid! Thanks for looking!
