Speed Tuned 29er MTB QR 6 Bolt disc Wheel Set with Formula or Shimano MTB

Bicycle Wheel Warehouse is offering this NEW Speed Tuned 29er Wheel Set in multiple color options with a Formula or Shimano MTB Quick Release (QR) 6-bolt disc hubs, (please select using the drop down). The Speed Tuned 29er double wall rim has a 19mm inner width, 24mm outer width, and has a 20mm tall profile for added strength.  This rim offers considerable versatility due to the facts that it is double wall, is rim brake compatible, (except for White powder coat since the finish is not compatible with brake wear), and is compatible with both schrader valves and presta valves since they come with a little plastic presta insert.  These wheels are built up with Black 14g = 2.0mm spokes and Brass Chrome Plated Nipples.  This auction is for the above listed wheel set and the wheels will come with a synthetic rim tape already installed that looks a lot like Stan's NoTubes tape, even though these rims are Not tubeless compatible.
The front QR hub has a 100mm OLD.The rear QR hub has a 135mm OLD.
These rims will work with a range of tires, approximately 29er 1.5" - 2.2" and 700c x 38mm - 52mm
.  Wheel set weight varies a little, but is approximately 2,200g.
This wheel is brand new, ready to ride. These wheel sets are overstock from our standard product line, that we are now offering through our e-bay overstock and blemished program. Because it is not purchased through our website, the standard Bicycle Wheel Warehouse warranty DOES NOT apply. These wheels are sold AS-IS.

We do little things that make a lasting difference, like seating spoke heads against the hub flanges with our own proprietary tools, so that spoke tension doesn’t dramatically change as soon as you put weight on your new wheels the first time you try them out. We stress relieve the spokes multiple times, to help the spokes seat properly against one another and the hub flanges.  The use of high quality lubricants on spoke threads and on nipples helps our wheels last longer, and makes them more serviceable.  We have professional grade equipment in which to check tension and wheel trueness, far more precise than what is available to the regular bike shop.
